Hannah Johnson, 3773 Kaufman Road, Stow, OH 44224, Plaintiff vs. A. Floramar Butalid, Defendant. A. Floramar Butalid, whose last known address is 1933 High St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on June 7, 2025, Hannah Johnson, as Plaintiff, filed her Complaint for Personal Injury in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV 2025 06 2618 demanding judgment against the defendant for damages in an amount in excess of $25,000.00, but currently unspecified pursuant to Civil Rules 8(A) and 54(C), plus costs incurred in this action, interest, attorney's fees and any such other relief to which plaintiff may show herself entitled.
