EMERSON ESCOBAR, ET AL DEFENDANTS. Emerson Escobar, whose last known place of residence is 840 Moyer Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44512, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 27th day of October 2025, the undersigned, Sam Clawson, filed his complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, in Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that on or about December 25, 2023, in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, Defendant, Emerson Escobar negligently operated a motor vehicle, thereby causing a collision with a motor vehicle being operated by Plaintiff, Sam W. Clawson. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant Emerson Escobar's negligence, Plaintiff Sam Clawson, sustained serious and permanent injuries, undergone serve pain and suffering, incurred medical expenses, lost wages, suffered a loss of enjoyment of life, and suffered an impairment in his normal, social and recreational pursuits, including his ability to engage in his activities of daily living, all of which he expects to continue into the indefinite future. At all times relevant hereto, Plaintiff was the lawful, titled owner of the motor vehicle he was operating at the time of the subject loss. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant Emerson Escobar's negligence, as herein before alleged, Plaintiff suffered property damage to his motor vehicle and/or suffered other economic damages in an amount to be determined at the time of trial. Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant Emerson Escobar, as to all Counts, in an amount in excess of twenty-five thousand (25,000.00) each, as well as any interests, costs and all other relief that this Court deems just and proper.
