LEGAL NOTICE COURT DATE: July 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. IN RE: ZAKARI GROGAN (DOB 3/23/20) JOHN DOE will take notice that a motion for permanent custody has been filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, Stark County, Ohio, as Case 2024JCV01290 regarding Zakari Grogan. The Mother of the child is Queenie Grogan. WARNING: This is a notice of legal action to determine the custody of your child. This court action will try to determine who shall have the legal custody of your child. If your child should be awarded to the agency stated in the complaint, then you will no longer have the right to determine where the child shall reside or what religion the child will practice. All of your parental rights, duties, obligations and responsibilities will be ended. You will no longer be responsible for the child's support and raising. The child will be in the legal, permanent custody of the agency or person as the court determines.
