Victor Romero, the alleged father of the minor children Victor and Victoriah, and Francine Alvarez, the Mother of the minor children, whose last known addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed by Plaintiff in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin Co., Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, seeking custody of the minor children. You are commanded to appear at the hearing on March 12, 2026 at 8:15 a.m. before Magistrate Hawkins 373 S. High St., 3rd Floor, Columbus, OH 43215.
