John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor child Mohammed, whose last known address is unknown; and Masiamie Toure, the Mother of the minor child, whose last known address is Sinkor Airfield, Monrovia, Liberia; are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed by Plaintiff in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin Co., Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, seeking custody of the minor child.
