Legal Custody Hearing. Case No. 25JU-7103: In the Matter of Alice Matz, et al. John Doe, the unknown alleged Father of the minor children Alice and Kaleb Matz, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a Motion to Terminate Temporary Custody has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that custody orders related to the minor children be modified. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Kelley at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215, The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours.
