Legal Custody Hearing. Case No. 24JU-2384: In the Matter of Timotheus Graham III. John Doe, the unknown alleged Father of the minor child Timotheus Graham III, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a Motion to Terminate Temporary Custody has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that custody orders related to Timotheus Graham III be modified. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Huna at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215, The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours.
