Temporary Commitment Hearing. Case No. 17JU-3656. In the Matter of Nevaeh Endicott, et al. Brittany Endicott, the Mother of the minor child Nick Antonio, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a Motion for Shelter Care has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that custody orders related to the minor child be modified. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on March 26, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. before Magistrate Barranada at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours. You are advised that the granting of temporary custody of the above-named child will cause removal from the child's parent(s) and/or legal custodian(s) until the Court terminates the order of temporary commitment or until permanent custody divests the parent(s) of parental rights.
