NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PUBLICATION IN A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Be it known that a Complaint in reference to Andrew Douglas, Case 26-01-0233 AB, has been filed in Delaware County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division. The person to be served by this notice is Joshua Douglas, last-known address of 721 Maurine Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43228 in Franklin County, State of Ohio, or anyone claiming to be the father of Andrew Douglas. They should take notice that a Complaint has been filed in Delaware County Juvenile Court, Delaware, Ohio 43015, alleging that Andrew is neglected and dependent, and containing a request for a disposition of Temporary Custody to Nelson Frye. Said Complaint will come on for Trial on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in the Delaware County Juvenile Court, 145 North Union Street, Delaware, Ohio. The biological father is ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the Complaint for Neglect and Dependency, and Temporary Custody, should not be granted. Failure to appear may result in a judgment adverse to your interests, may affect your parental rights, and may result in the loss of legal and physical custody of your child on a permanent basis. Any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request. If you wish to have a lawyer but believe you cannot afford one, call Debora Thomas at Juvenile Court at (740) 833-2581 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
