John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor child Kamiya, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a complaint has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin Co., Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, seeking custody of the minor child.
