Temporary Commitment Hearing. Case No. 26JU- 2705. In the Matter of Edward Seabolt et al. John Doe, the alleged father of the minor children Edward and Elijah Seabolt, whose last known address is unknown; and Edward Seabolt, the alleged father of the minor children Edward and Elijah Seabolt, whose last known address is 91 S. Hague, Columbus, OH 43204, are hereby notified that a sworn complaint has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, alleging the minor child(ren) is/are neglected, abused, and/or dependent. You are commanded to appear for a hearing on the temporary custody of said child(ren) on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Scott and Collins at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours. You are advised that the granting of temporary custody of the above-named child will cause removal of the child's legal custody from the parent(s) until the Court terminates the order of temporary commitment or until permanent custody divests the parent(s) of parental rights.
