Permanent Commitment Hearing. Case No. 26JU-2791. In the Matter of Ella Morton. John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor child Ella Morton, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a sworn complaint has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, alleging the minor child(ren) is/are neglected, abused, and/or dependent. You are commanded to appear for a hearing on the permanent custody of said child on May 12, 2026, at 9:30 A.M. before Magistrate Thompson at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours.
