LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PURSUANT To R,C, 163,07 The following parties, namely: Unknown Successor Trustees to S.A. Knowles, Trustee, Deceased, of the Shirley A. Murray Trust, and all persons claiming by, through, or under them, Addresses Unknown, will take notice that they have been named as defendants by Plaintiff Pamela Boratyn, Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation, who instituted Case No. 2025 CV 0561 now pending in the Common Pleas of Erie County, Ohio, which is an action to appropriate certain property for highway purposes, namely the making, constructing, repairing or improving of U.S. Route 6, Section 11.334, Erie County, and to fix the value of said property.The property sought to be appropriated is more specifically described as follows on the following pages: PARCEL 38-SHERi-US 0006-CONNECTIVITY CORRIDOR PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSESWITHOUT LIMITATION OF EXISTING ACCESS RIGHTS An exclusive perpetual easement for public highway and road purposes, including, but not limited to any utility construction, relocation and/or utility maintenance work deemed appropriate by the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, its successors and assigns forever.
