TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-10300. CSLKB1 LLC, Plaintiff vs. James Michael Pickens, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, Amelia Hatfield and the unknown spouse if any of Amelia Hatfield, and Julian Pickens and the unknown spouse if any of Julian Pickens, whose last known address is PO Box 681, New Haven, WV 25205; and James Michael Pickens and the unknown spouse if any of James Michael Pickens, whose last known address is 4960 Parsons Ave., Lockbourne, OH 43137, will take note that Plaintiff has filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking to quiet title in the real property located at 4960 Parsons Ave., Lockbourne, OH 43137, Parcel No. 150-000856-00; seeking a judgment to declare Plaintiff to be the lawful owners of said property and award damages, attorney fees, costs, and interest, and for any other equitable relief.
