LEGAL NOTICE DIEMERT & ASSOCIATES CO., L.P.A. 1360 SOM Center Road Cleveland, OH 44124 In the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Summit County, Ohio. Case No. 2024 CV 00132. City of Macedonia, 9691 Valley View Drive, Macedonia, Ohio 44056, Plaintiff vs. James Lewis, Jr. and Kalia Lewis, et al., Defendant. James Lewis, Jr. and Kalia Lewis, whose last known address is 9115 Valley View Road, Macedonia, OH 44056, but whose addresses other than as set forth are unknown, will take notice that on October 23, 2024, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for the Appropriation of Property (Quick Take) in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2024 CV 00132, praying that the court order a temporary easement interest immediately to the benefit of the City of Macedonia of said property described in Exhibit "A" in said complaint and thereafter, cause a jury to be duly impaneled to assess the compensation to be paid to the owner of the interest appropriated, as provided in R.C. Chapter 163, the Charter of the City of Macedonia, and the Constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio and upon payment to the owner, or deposit of the amount so assessed in excess of the amount herein deposited as the court shall order and that a temporary easement in said real property described in said complaint may be vested in Plaintiff, according to law. JURY DEMAND The Plaintiff demands a Trial by Jury of the issue of compensation and damage, if any, to be paid to the Defendants.
