LEGAL NOTICETO: Ashley Mcglaughlin, whose last known place of residence was 110 Old Town Rd SE, New Straitsville, Ohio 43766, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:Take notice that Philip Mowery filed a Motion in the Court of Common Pleas of Union County, Ohio, Domestic Relations Division, 215 West Fifth Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040, Case No. 21-DR-0124 against you seeking an order stating that upon your failure to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to him within ten (10) days, the order shall constitute and operate as such properly executed quitclaim deed, and authorizing the County Auditor and County Recorder and any and all other public and private officials to accept the order or a properly certified copy thereof in lieu of the quitclaim deed regularly required for such conveyance or transfer.You are required to answer or respond either within twenty-eight days after the publication or at such other time after the publication that is set as the time to appear or within which to respond after service of such pleading or other document. 03-04-6W
