The Plaintiff's attorney, Powers Friedman Linn, PLL, is located at 25550 Chagrin Blvd., Suite 400, Beachwood, Ohio 44122. The deceased Defendant did reside at, and the premises to be entered upon and detained is located at 520 Milan Avenue, #161, Norwalk, Ohio 44857.
