To: Defendant Alejandra Alvarado, whose last place of residence is known as 706 Whispering Woods, Powell, Ohio 43065, but whose current residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 16, 2025, the Plaintiff Partnerhouse Capital, Inc. filed its Complaint in Case No. 25CV006016, in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, seeking an award of damages pursuant to Plaintiff's claims of fraud, fraudulent transfer, civil conspiracy to commit fraudulent transfer, civil conspiracy to commit fraud, and unjust enrichment against the Defendant Alej andra Alvarado.
The Defendant Alejandra Alvarado is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twentyeight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that Defendant Alej andra Alvarado fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against her for the relief requested in the Plaintiff s Complaint.
