Brenda Parlette Defendant MOTION FOR WRIT OF EXE- CUTION NOTICE OF PUBLICATION TO: BRENDA PARLETTE (DE- CEASED) and any and all un- known occupants, residents. To the above named parties: You are hereby notified that a complaint for Forcible Entry and Detainer has been/will be filed as well as a Motion for Writ of Execution against the title owner, namely Bren- da Parlette, (Deceased) lo- cated at 714 Briggs Avenue, #15, Spencerville, Ohio, 45887. You have fourteen (14) days to remove said mo- bile home from the premises of the mobile home operator. If you fail to do so, the Mo- bile Home operator can and will request from the Lima Municipal Court a Writ of Ex- ecution against the same to obtain said title.
