The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that RASHONNA MCCOY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of D.M., whose date of birth is July 24, 2023. It is ORDERED that RASHONNA MCCOY is to  appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 23rd day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if she so  desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise RASHONNA MCCOY, biological mother of infant D.M., whose date of birth is July 24, 2023, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent.
