Robert Newbern, the alleged father of the minor child Legacci, and John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor child, whose last known addresses are unknown; and Terrell Givens, whose last known address is 217 Parklawn Blvd, Whitehall, OH 43213, are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed by Plaintiff in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin Co., Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, seeking custody of the minor child.
