NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION In accordance with Ohio Civ. R. 4.4, Notice is hereby given to Dayton Roofing Solutions, % Michael Chesbrough, statutory agent, whose address is unknown and whose last known address is 4700 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45440 and Michal Chesbrough, whose address is unknown and whose last known address is 328 Washington Avenue, Urbana, Ohio 43078, that Plaintiffs Douglas and Patricia Goudy filed an Amended Complaint for Personal Injuries in the Greene County Common Pleas Court, located at 45 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 naming Dayton Roofing Solutions and Michael Chesbrough as Defendants. Plaintiffs seek monetary damages against Defendants in an amount in excess of $25,000.00 for injuries sustained in an incident occurring on or about January 4, 2023 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Beavercreek Memorial Post 8312. Defendant Dayton Roofing Solutions and Defendant Michael Chesbrough are required to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint for damages within twenty-eight days after this publication.
