Robert L. Jackson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert L. Jackson, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on February 9, 2026, US Bank Trust Company, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for GS Mortgage-Back Securities Trust 2022-RPL1, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2026 02 0536 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 686 Viewland Terr., Akron, OH 44314, Permanent Parcel No. 6736738 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may claim to have an interest in this Real Estate.
