Marcelain, LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendant(s): UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER DENCHY, IF ANY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNARD JOHNSON-BEY, IF ANY; whose last known place of residence is/are: 100 STONESTHROW DR, ALEXANDRIA, OH 43001; 112 LARIMAR DR, EASTLAKE, OH 44095; 32321 LAKE SHORE BLVD, WILLOWICK, OH 44095 Each Defendant will take notice that on January 30, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, 1 Courthouse Square, Newark, OH 43055, being 2026-CV-00159 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $717,242.84 plus interest at 7.8750% per annum from March 1, 2025, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 100 Stonesthrow Dr, Alexandria, OH 43001 and being permanent parcel number 06631762200028. Plaintiff further alleged that by a reason of default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer and assert any interest in said property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, and to raise any defense to foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, the sale of said real property. Said Defendant(s) are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight days after last date of publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
