COURT OF COMMON PLEAS ASHLAND COUNTY, OHIO Data Mortgage Inc., DBA Essex Mortgage Plaintiff, Vs. Kathleen Clemens, et al. Defendants. Case : 25-CFR 247 Judge David R. Stimpert ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: G22-036-0-0015-05 The plaintiff by and through its attorney filed an affidavit according to law for the purpose of obtaining service by publication. It appearing to the Court that the residence of the defendant(s), Kathleen Clemens, is unknown to the affiant and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence and that service of summons cannot be made on the named defendant and the last known address of said defendant Kathleen Clemens is: 1177 Township Road 1656, Ashland, OH 44805, and that this is one of the actions mentioned in Ohio Revised Code Section 2703.14. It is ordered that publication be made once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Times-Gazette in compliance with Ohio Civil Rule 4.4(A).
