SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE General Code, Sec. 11681 Revised Code, Sec. 2329.26 The State of Ohio, Huron County Case No. CVH 2024-0238 Kimberly Ollom vs. John Michael Cabrera In pursuance of an Alias Order of Partition issued from Huron County Common Pleas Court in the above entitled action, a public auction will be held on the "Official Public Sheriff's sale website" https://huron.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Monday March 23, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Huron and State of Ohio, to wit: Permanent Parcel: # 20-039A-01-021-0000 Said premises located at 5444 Edmonds Road, Bellevue, Ohio 44811 A complete copy of the legal description of this property is available and on file at the Huron County Recorder's Office. Said premises appraised at: $140,000.00 (One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and 00/100) No sale can start at less than 2/3 of the appraised value of the property. BIDDING STARTS AT: $93,334.00 (Ninety Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Four Dollars and 00/100) TERMS OF SALE: To bid on a property you must first register with Realauction. https://huron.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov Deposits must be made prior to the date of sale on the auction website. A deposit of $5,000.00 is required for this sale. The balance of the purchase price is due upon confirmation of sale.
