?The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Wanda M Garverick, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 9, 2026, the Plaintiff, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2020-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. CVE 20260005, in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortage interest in the real property located at 3107 Shearer Rd, Bucyrus, OH 44820, Permanent Parcel No. 6-0000750. 001, 6-0000749.001, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Wanda M Garverick are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
