CASE NO. 25CV1237 JUDGE: Jeremiah S Ray LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendant(s): • PATSY WRIGHT • UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATSY WRIGHT, IF ANY whose last known place of residence are: Address(s) Unknown Each Defendant will take notice that on December 22, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, 100 N. Park Ave, Suite 320, Fremont, OH 43420, being 25CV1237 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $154,927.01 plus interest at 7.75% per annum from June 1, 2025, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 145 Hickory St, Clyde, OH 43410 and being permanent parcel number 325000083300. Plaintiff further alleged that by a reason of default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer and assert any interest in said property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, and to raise any defense to foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, the sale of said real property.
