And known as being all of Unit E, Building No. 44, together with the undivided interest in the common areas and facilities appertaining to said unit and building, of Copley Village Condominium No. 2, as shown by the drawings recorded in Plat Book 122, Pages 7 to 12 inclusive of Summit County Records, and further described in the declaration and by-laws Copley Village Condominium No. 2, recorded in Volume 6440, Page 131 of Summit County Records and by the First Amendment to the declaration of Copley Village Condominium No. 2, as shown by the drawings recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 17 thru 22 inclusive and recorded in Volume 6452, Page 325 of the Summit County Records and by the Second Amendment to the declaration of Copley Village Condominium No. 2 as shown by the drawings recorded in Plat Book 125, Pages 19 and 20 and bearing Instrument No. 47862 of Summit County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. 
Being the same premises conveyed from Robert J. Lange, married to Bryant J. Pasko in a deed dated 10/08/2020 and recorded date 10/20/2020 in Instrument Number 56583613 of the official records.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00). 
The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only. 
Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value. 
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff. 
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
