The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary Frerichs, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on September 26, 2025, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank National Association, as Trustee for Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-5, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 05446, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2627 Orne Ave, Dayton, OH 45414, Permanent Parcel No. E21 17307 0077,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary Frerichs are required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary Frerichs failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
