Winters Keystone Preservation Trust, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on February 5, 2026, a Complaint was filed in the matter of U.S. Bank National Association v. Steven S. Winters, Trustee or his Successor(s) as Trustees of The Jeannie M. Winters Keystone Preservation Trust, dated February 18, 2016, et al., Case No. 26 CV E 02 0186, in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Ohio, 117 N. Union St., Delaware, OH 43015, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Unknown Beneficiary, if any, of The Jeannie M. Winters Keystone Preservation Trust, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 112 Granite Ct., Delaware, OH 43015 and known as Parcel Number 519-343-06-012-000.
