The Defendants, Alexander T Rader and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Alexander T Rader, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 3, 2025, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as trustee of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2024-RP1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 25CV0763, in the Court of Common Pleas of Clark County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4073 Sylvan Dr, Enon, OH 45323, Permanent Parcel No. 1801000006204004, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Alexander T Rader and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Alexander T Rader are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Alexander T Rader and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Alexander T Rader failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
