Main St., Girard, OH 44420 and 7205 Mentor Ave., Apt. B105, Mentor, OH 44060, will take notice that on December 31, 2025, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2025 CV 3288, Trumbull County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Marian R Morrow and Thomas Martin, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:Premises commonly known as: 226 Main St., E, Girard, OH 44420Parcel No: 14-544600; Map No: 012 55700 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiffs claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
