PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Janice Rose Wilson, whose last place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 4, 2026, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., filed its Complaint on Action for Replevin in Case No. 26OC000137 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lawrence County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Janice Rose Wilson may have an interest in the 2023 Giles manufactured home, Serial No. SGI024415TNAB located at 5778 State Route 650 Ironton, Ohio 45638. Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. further alleges that Defendants, Ricky D. Noel and Karla Noel, have failed to remit the required monthly payments on the Contract for said manufactured home, and is now in default of their obligations under the terms of the Contract. By virtue of the default, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is entitled to immediate and permanent possession of said manufactured home.
