SHERIFF'S SALE Ledgewood MHC, LLC vs. Dave Dlugoz In accordance with ORC 1923, and by virtue of a Writ of Execution on Manufactured Home or an Order to Appraise and Sell goods and chattels issued from the Clerk's Office of the Stow Municipal Court in Summit County, Ohio, on the 24th day of March, A.D. 2026, and to me directed in the case above named, I, Kandy Fatheree, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Friday, the 26th day of JUNE, A.D. 2026, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, the following described Manufactured/Mobile Home, to-wit: Year/Name: 1973 Windjammer Model: Windjammer Title: 7703116270 Vin: 65122379 Property located at: 9505 N.
