Hoot and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Timothy O. Hoot, whose last place of residence is 710 Cherry Road NE, Massillon, OH 44646, will take notice that January 27, 2026, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Amerihome Mortgage Company LLC v. Timothy O. Hoot, et al., Case No. 2026CV00187, in the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, 115 Central Plaza N., Canton, OH 44702, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Timothy O. Hoot and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Timothy O. Hoot are unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 710 Cherry Road Ne, Massillon, OH 44646 and known as Parcel Number 607894. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Stark County Auditor's Office, located at 110 Central Plaza S., Canton, OH 44702. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on May 7, 2026.
