Cowell & Unknown Spouse, if any, all whose last known address is 513 Griffith Avenue SW, Massillon, OH 44647; and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs, will please take notice that on the 2nd day of March, 2026, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 601858; 611887; 611888, located at 505 Griffith Avenue SW, Massillon, OH 44647, Stark County; vacant lots at Griffith Avenue SW, Massillon, OH 44647, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Erick A. J.
