Credit Union of Ohio, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Helen J. Brannon aka Helen Jean Peck Brannon, deceased, et al., Defendants.
