Logan Garette, et al., Case No. 2025 CV 00321, in the Court of Common Pleas of Licking County, Ohio, 75 E. Main St., Newark, OH 43055, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Logan Garette and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Logan Garette, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 2292 NEDAYTON RD, Newark, OH 43055 and known as Parcel Number 048-164226.00.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Licking County Auditor's Office, located at 20 S. 2nd St., 2nd floor, Newark, OH 43055. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on 2/26/2026.
