Stephans Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 26, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the matter of State Bank and Trust Company v. John L. Stephan's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, et al., Case No. 2025CV0846, in the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County, Ohio, 1 Court House Square, Bowling Green, OH 43402, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) John L. Stephans Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 3614 Oram Rd, Northwood, OH 43619 and known as Parcel Number M50-812-330217012000 and M50-812-330217013001 and M50-812-330217014001.
