Robinson Legal Notice Defendant(s), Louise McFerren And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Louise McFerren, whose last known address is 101 Rudy Road, Ontario, OH 44903, will take notice that on December 18, 2025, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2025 CV 0807 R, Richland County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Louise McFerren And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Louise McFerren, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 101 Rudy Rd., Ontario, OH 44903 Parcel No(s).: 038-60-152-17-000 and 038-60-176-06-000 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
