Mendenhall aka Laura Lyn Mendenhall, deceased, whose last place of residence is unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Laura L. Mendenhall aka Laura Lyn Mendenhall, whose last place of residence is known as 533 Cornerville Road, Reno, OH 45773 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 14, 2026, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not individually but solely as trustee for Finance of America Structured Securities Acquisition Trust 2019-HB1, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 26FR000014 in the Court of Common Pleas Washington County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Laura L. Mendenhall aka Laura Lyn Mendenhall, deceased and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Laura L. Mendenhall aka Laura Lyn Mendenhall, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 533 Cornerville Road, Reno, OH 45773, PPN #230079900000 and 230079896000.
