Bickerton LEGAL NOTICE Defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Jerry L. Desarro, whose last known address is 19138 Haiti Road, Salineville, OH 43945 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Jerry L. Desarro, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on March 9, 2026, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026 CV 00135, Columbiana County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Jerry L. Desarro And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Jerry L. Desarro, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 19138 Haiti Rd., Salineville, OH 43945 Parcel No(s).: 71-00417.000, 71-00470.000, 71-00471.000 & 71-00490.000 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
