Defendants. The Defendants, Phillip Swiger and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Phillip Swiger, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 30, 2025, the Plaintiff, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in Case No. 25CV000246, in the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 222 E Bennett St, Sidney, OH 45365, Permanent Parcel No. 01-1825230.015, 01-1825230.016,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Phillip Swiger and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Phillip Swiger have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
