Lee, whose last place of residence is known as 497 Dresden Avenue, Steubenville, OH 43952 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 11, 2026, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee for GS Mortgage-Backed Securities Trust 2024-RPL6, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 26CV00134 in the Court of Common Pleas Jefferson County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Mary B. Lee and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary B. Lee, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 497 Dresden Avenue, Steubenville, OH 43952, PPN #07-01463-000.
