LEGAL NOTICECase No. 26CV00139The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Sharon Dilley, deceased, whose last place of residence unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sharon Dilley, whose last place of residence is known as 309 Cleveland Avenue, Toronto, OH 43964 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 13, 2026, NewRez LLC , filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 26CV00139 in the Court of Common Pleas Jefferson County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Sharon Dilley, deceased and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sharon Dilley, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 309 Cleveland Ave, Toronto, OH 43964, PPN #19-02672-000. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Jefferson County Auditor's Office located at 301 Market St., 4th Floor, P.O.
