Solomon, Ill, whose last known address is 40010 Aurora Rd, Solon, OH 44139, will take notice that on January 29, 2026, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026 CV 00312, Trumbull County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Rudolph V. Solomon, Ill and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Rudolph V. Solomon, Ill, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:Premises commonly known as: 2984 Selkirk Bush Rd. SW, Warren, OH 44481 Parcel No: 45-044510 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
