The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees,  Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if  any, of Steve Smith, whose current addresses unknown, will  take notice that on December 11, 2025, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank  Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but  solely as owner trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust c/o U.S.  Bank Trust National Association, filed its Amended Complaint  in Case No. 23 CV 00539, in the Court of Common Pleas of Miami County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 6861 W Frederick Garland  Rd, West Milton, OH 45383, Permanent Parcel No.  L32-044210,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants  have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.  The Defendants Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees,  Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if  any, of Steve Smith are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
