IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF GREENE COUNTY, OHIO CIVIL DIVISION To the Defendant: Unknown Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, if any, of Constance Louise Mustin, whose address is unknown: In the Greene County Clerk of Courts 45 N. Detroit St. Xenia, OH 45385 Greene County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas Plaintiff: NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing Defendants: Unknown Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, if any, of Constance Louise Mustin, et al. Case No. 2026 CV 0240 Judge Adolfo Tornichio Plaintiff has brought this action naming Unknown Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, if any, of Constance Louise Mustin as a Defendant in the above-named court by filing its Complaint on March 5, 2026. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against Defendants. The prayer is that Plaintiff be found to have a good and valid first lien on the within-described premises, in the amount as set forth in the Complaint, and accrued interest and penalties, if any; that each of the Defendants be required to answer setting up their interest, if any, in said premises, or be forever barred from asserting same; that unless the amount found due the Plaintiff be paid within a reasonable time to be named by the Court, the equity of redemption of said Defendants shall be foreclosed, and an Order of Sale issued to the Plaintiff for it to be directed to sell said premises as upon execution, and for such other relief as Plaintiff may be entitled. Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Greene, and in the Township of Xenia, being in Military Survey 2567 and 4422: Being Lot Number Thirty Two (32), of University Park Subdivision, Section Two, as the same are numbered, designated and known on the recorded plat of said subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 66, nka Plat Cabinet 32, Pages 395 A & B, of the plat records of Greene County, Ohio. The improvements thereon being known as 900 Booker Drive, Wilberforce, Ohio - 45384. Parcel ID: M36-0002-0028-0-0127-00. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on March 31, 2026. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
