In pursuance of an Order of Sale issued from Huron County Common Pleas Court in the above entitled action, a public auction will be held on the "Official Public Sheriff's sale website" https://huron.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Monday March 23, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Huron and State of Ohio, to wit: Permanent Parcel: # 14-0760-02-001-0000; 14-0760-02-002-0000; 14-0760-02-003-0000 Said premises located at 1205 Meadowview Road, Willard, Ohio 44890 A complete copy of the legal description of this property is available and on file at the Huron County Recorder's Office. Said premises appraised at: $175,000.00 (One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100) No sale can start at less than 2/3 of the appraised value of the property. BIDDING STARTS AT: $116,667.00 (One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven Dollars and 00/100) If the Property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale at the same time of day and at the same place on Monday April 6, 2026. There will be no minimum bid for the second sale. TERMS OF SALE: To bid on a property you must first register with Realauction. https://huron.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov Deposits must be made prior to the date of sale on the auction website. Deposits are based on the amount of the appraisal. An appraisal of $10,000.00 or less will require a deposit of $2,000.00. An appraisal of more than $10,000.00 but less than or equal to $200,000.00 will require a deposit of $5,000.00. An appraisal of more than $200,000.00 will require a deposit of $10,000.00. The balance of the purchase price is due upon confirmation of sale. If the purchaser fails to pay the balance of the purchase price the deposit shall be forfeited to the Plaintiff for the costs associated with the advertisement and resale of the property and for interest charges. Public notice is hereby given that all such real property to be sold at public auction may be subject to liens that may not be extinguished by the sale. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds from the sale are insufficient to cover. Purchasers- of any such real property are urged to contact the attorney listed below and to search the indexes- kept by the county recorder, clerk and treasurer to determine if any liens exist. There may or may not have been an inside inspection of the property and the Sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property upon confirmation of the sale.
